The service
Surenki is a spaced-repetition flashcard app. You can create decks, study them, and share public decks with other users.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store or distribute illegal content, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights. Public decks are visible to all users — only share content you have the right to share.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Your content
You retain ownership of the decks and cards you create. By making a deck public you grant other users the right to view and clone it within the service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
