Surenki Cards for Claude

Surenki Cards connects Claude to your Surenki flashcards. Claude can see how your study is going, which words you keep missing and whether you're on track for an exam, and with your permission it can create decks and add cards from anything you read together.

Connect

You need a Surenki account; you can create one while connecting.

  1. Open Surenki Cards in Claude's connectors directory.
  2. Select Connect, then sign in to Surenki.
  3. Surenki shows what Claude will be able to do. Choose Approve.

You can also add it by URL as a custom connector: https://surenki.com/api/mcp

In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http surenki https://surenki.com/api/mcp

What Claude can do

Add and edit cards
Creates a deck and adds up to 100 cards at a time. Each batch can be undone in one step. It can also replace a card's definition or example, keeping its reviews, and tells Claude the old text so it can put it back. It can't delete your existing decks or cards.

Try asking

  • “How is my German going this month?”
  • “Which words do I keep missing? Quiz me on them.”
  • “Make cards for the new words in this article and add them to a new deck.”
  • “Am I on track for my exam date? What should I change?”
  • “Drill me on the grammar pattern I get wrong most.”
  • “Undo the cards you just added.”

Limits

Up to 60 requests a minute, and up to 1,000 cards added in 24 hours. Cards Claude adds are skipped when the deck already has them.

Disconnect

In Surenki, open Settings → Connected apps and choose Disconnect. Claude loses access at once. You can also remove the connector in Claude's settings.
