German Ordinals, Telling Time and Dates: 35 Flashcards

This deck covers the parts of German numbers and time that trip learners up: ordinal numbers (der erste, der dritte, der einundzwanzigste), telling the time with Viertel nach, Viertel vor and halb (halb sechs is 5:30, not 6:30), and calendar words like der Feiertag and das Schaltjahr.

It also covers duration (seit, stundenlang, eine Weile) and the time words that make you sound fluent: vorgestern, übermorgen, neulich, damals, mittlerweile, ab und zu. 35 cards, each with an example sentence and translation, from A1 to B1. It assumes you already know the basic numbers from eins to hundert.
