German A2 Vocabulary: Small Words & Time
German A2 Small Words: Connectors, Time & Particles (212 Cards)
The words that hold sentences together are easy to skip and hard to do without. This deck covers the small words on the official A2 list: question words, connectors like weil, dass, deshalb and trotzdem, words for when and how often, days, months and holidays, words for where, quantity words like ein paar and mindestens, and the particles (doch, mal, eigentlich) that make spoken German sound natural.
Cards for connectors note the word order they need (weil puts the verb at the end, deshalb puts it straight after), and easy-to-confuse pairs are flagged: wenn and als, mindestens and wenigstens, ein paar and ein Paar. Each card has an example sentence with an English translation.
