German A2 Vocabulary: Food, Shopping & Services

German A2 Vocabulary: Food, Shopping & Services (163 Words)

Ordering in a café, reading a supermarket leaflet, asking for a size, paying the bill: a lot of the A2 reading and listening tasks happen in shops and restaurants. This deck covers the words on the official A2 list for food and drink, shops, prices and paying, money and measures, clothes and colours, and the offices where you post a parcel, open a bank account or sign a form.

Every noun has its article and plural, and tricky ones are flagged on the card: die Bank has two plurals (Banken, Bänke), rosa and lila never change their ending, and eine Hose or eine Brille is one item. Each card has IPA and an example sentence with an English translation.
