German A2 Vocabulary: People & Home

German A2 Vocabulary: People, Family & Home (212 Words)

The first speaking task of the A2 exam is about you: your name, where you come from, your family, where you live. This deck covers the words on the official A2 list for exactly that, plus the people, character and feeling words you need to describe someone, and everything around the home, from Wohnzimmer and Vermieter to Wäsche and Müll.

Every noun has its article and plural, and adjectives with an irregular comparative show it (alt · älter · am ältesten). Useful patterns are on the card: Angst haben vor, Lust haben auf, zufrieden mit. Each card has IPA and an example sentence with an English translation.
